KanjiOS paid tiers (Pro subscription and Lifetime one-time purchase) are digital services that provide immediate access to premium features upon purchase.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

14-Day Refund Window: If you're not satisfied with your purchase (Pro or Lifetime), you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

3. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

  • Reply to your Paddle purchase receipt email
  • Or contact us directly at support@kanjios.com

4. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for refund:

  • First-time purchases within 14 days
  • Technical issues preventing access to paid features
  • Accidental duplicate purchases

Not eligible for refund:

  • Requests made after 14 days from purchase
  • Previous refund already granted on your account

  • No partial refunds for unused time after the 14-day window
